You could have a big glass of skim milk and toss some skim milk powder in it ( for a bit nor protein ) and have that with some whole grain toast topped with natural peanut butter and fruit spread and sliced banana or topped with low fat cheese etc. etc. If you're really pressed for time, you could always have a quick shake / meal replacement like a Carnation Instant
Breakfast ( 250 cal, 13 gr protein, 40 gr carbs ) etc. etc.

Keep in mind , it isn't the end of the world if you don't have some nutrition
immediately after your workout....but if you have something within 30 minutes to 1 hour post workout you're still more than fine. There's no
need to haul a protein shake to school IMO.
In fact, sometimes a solid pre-workout meal is just as effective for recovery. Most carb ( and some protein ) snack ideas you can easily make at home and keep in your backpack at school.
What time of day do you usually work out at school ?
What time is your lunch period ?
What does your typical workout look like ?
