Breakfast Window

I wake up at 5AM every morning for work. Sometimes it's tough for me to stomach much of anything beyond a glass of orange juice that early in the morning right after waking up. So my question is how long after I get up is it alright to wait before eating breakfast? Can I wait to eat once I get to work when I can actually stomach something?

The sooner you eat the less muscle mass you'll loose and the quicker your metabolism will settle down.

I never used to be able to eat in the morning, Try starting off with something dry and savory like toast with a little butter. Even if you dont eat a lot, 1 bite is better than nothing. I quite like fruit bagles 1st thing.

What about preparing some home-made bars, then grabbing one while ur on the go in the morning? Maybe that will hold u down until u can eat something good
