Build muscle without fat?

Hi,

Over the past 4yrs of weight training I tend to build up eating as much healthy food as I can 5meals a day. I seem to put on size but also fat - I then decide to "rip-up" and inturn probably end up loosing muscle gained.

Is it possible to build up whilst maintaining about 10% bodyfat?

I thought to take weightgain drinks 3times a day as a meal replacement instead of in these periods - would this help?

Filip, I personally think it's possible, visit www.burnthefat.com, and read what the web page offers, I think you'll find there what you're looking for

if you gain muscle you gain fat. you can minimize it with proper dieting, but you will gain at least some.

It's definitely possible. You can lower your body fat percentage without actually losing fat - by gaining lean body mass!
