OK, some of you know I'm extremely strict on my diet. I keep track of everything and keep my calories and macros super close every day and I'm very anal about it. I never cheat and if I go out somewhere I literally pack all my own food or I'll go to a restaurant and drive them crazy ordering everything special.
Well yesterday my wife got a hold of my little "rainman" notepad I use to write down everything I eat during the day (I log it all in to fitday after dinner and then plan my evening snack to adjust my numbers however I need them)....anyway she copied my handwriting really well, even put my morning weight and caloric intake at the top like I do. Then she put a lot of the foods I really ate then mixed in stuff like "Baconator" "doughnuts" etc. It threw me through a loop for just a second...The crap I put up with...
