Calories in my chicken breast?

Im keeping track of my calorie intake on Fitday.com and i just ate a massive chicken breast and not sure of the nutritional information. Everything they list on the site measures the amount of meat per 1 cup.... and a full breast is much more than that.

It was 1 to 1.2 lbs. Skinless, Broiled and marinated in tomato basil marinade. (purchased at local meat market)

Any help would be great, thanks

I would think a bit less than 600 cals. Granted you had a marinade, but the chicken doesn't have much calories in it....

Theres around 41 cals to an ounce of chicken
41 x 12 = 492
41 x 14 = 574

+ marinade

500-600cals

Hehe. I ate 13 ounces of baked & broiled chicken too.

If you have trouble finding what you want in fitday's database just google it. Just look up "chicken breast nutritional information" or whatever you'e looking for then just create whatever you find as a custom food

Just wanted to point out that with fitday you can also change the type of measurement it uses. For example, when I eat chicken breasts, I have it entered in by the number of ounces. Most of the food I enter, I calculate it by the ounce.
