Can I eat 1/2 serving of these as breakfast when I'm cutting?

Hi I need to ask a brief question. I am cutting right now and can I keep on eating 1, maximum 2(rarely)(when im really hungry) servings (of 40g + 100ml skimmed milk) of these everday: ( i chose what I feel like having)

* Oatibix http://www.weetabix.co.uk/brands/oatibix/oatibix/( I usually have 2 of these)
* Oatibix Bitesize :: The Weetabix Food Company
* Oatibix Bitesize with Chocolate & Raisin :: The Weetabix Food Company

or

Special K cereal (40g serving - total: 200cals per serving (including 100ml skimmed milk)

(couldnt find a link or picture)

I am keeping these and SOME veggies as my only source of carbs.

You can eat whatever you want in a cut if you keep the calories right.

As to what is healthier I would got with the weetabix over the special k as there is a better nutrient content.
