Hi all.

I take 2 shakes of this a day, in each of those shakes is 2 scoops....so 4 sccops altogether.

Can this stain my teeth?

I brush my teeth in the morning before I eat/drink anything, and at night after the day is done.

A trainer at GNC told me it actually helps whiten teeth, due to the benefits of whey protein....but I dunno....I was pretty much buying it from the store he was working at, so he probably couldve said anything.

I love this whey protein though, been using it for 2 years.

The thing is, I don't really notice stained teeth....but I dunno...maybe 2 years from now I may finally look in the mirror and realize....OMFG MY TEETH LOOK BROWNER!

Well mate, be careful, i would brush my teeth immediately after drinking the protein. I wouldn't want to take my chances, wake up one day and look in the mirror and.....you know....BROWN

But is it really something where I should make sure I brush my teeth after each protein shake?

I never thought this was a problem, I just thought of it one day and my curiosity got me to post this topic.

I dont think it would stain your teeth more than any other foods IMO
