| | There is real evidence that supports chocolate milk as a recovery drink: IU Research and Creative Activity Magazine
My brother-in law was a professor at IU (Notre Dame now) and knew the guy who did this study
I still stick with plain skim milk

what ever works for you... | But if you just use 100% cocoa powder, you won't be adding any sugar at all. The point is to enhance the flavor. To some people, plain milk just isn't palatable. Sometimes, the only way they can get it down is if it has some chocolate in it. |

| | "Eating more dark chocolate can help lower blood pressure -- i f you've reached a certain age and have mild high blood pressure, say the researchers. But you have to balance the extra calories by eating less of other things."
"Antioxidants gobble up free radicals, destructive molecules that are implicated in heart disease and other ailments.
" Our findings indicate that milk may interfere with the absorption of antioxidants from chocolate ... and may therefore negate the potential health benefits that can be derived from eating moderate amounts of dark chocolate."
Translation: Say "Dark, please," when ordering at the chocolate counter. Don't even think of washing it down with milk. And if health is your excuse for eating chocolate, remember the word "moderate" as you nibble." Dark Chocolate Is Healthy Chocolate |

| | | I've been looking into a diet that calls for 1 ounce of dark chocolate a day. It's aimed at enhancing libido in women. It seems to be working so far...
Chocolate is good for many different things. |
