cooked or raw?

The vegetables i eat every day with brown rice and chicken are broccoli, carrots, capsicum, zukini, and green beans. I cook my carrots with my chicken because i have been told that they are better for you cooked then raw but i eat all other veggies raw. Is there anything els i should cook if i was to have it or in what my list of veggies are?

SM, I say, just do it.

Eat it raw or cooked, and dont fret over such small things. If you like it raw, eat it. If you like it cooked, eat it. Either way, you are just fine. This is something not to make too much fuss over, young man.

Much happiness and peace to you!

Then you are approaching it wrong, in my opinion. Eating should be about fun. When you eat for "value" rather than "taste," your body will eventually crave for substance. Taste has a powerful effect on fullness and being satisfied. When you eat for "value" alone, you put yourself in even more risk of overeating because you lacked the other "taste." Balance taste and value, and you will find yourself fuller and happier.

There's nothing wrong with microwaving. You haven't been reading Kevin Trudeau books have you?

LOL I always thought microwaving depleted nutrients. I've read it in a few places.

Maybe it was my Kevin Trudeau collection

Cooking destroys some of the nutrients and enzymes that is why multivitamins are necessary.
