Cottage cheese

I really hate low fat cottage cheese. Its so disgusting. I've tried putting a little sat and pepper in, a lil curry powder, egg, tuna, all kinds of things (at different times mind you!) but its still FOUL. I've seen you all go on about cottage cheese and fruit... and thats WORSE. I was nearly puking...

Is it just me? Or are there more of you who hold your nose while trying to eat it? THis is like 99.8% fat free stuff... the 4% fat stuff is SO much nicer...its got chives in it and just that much more solid. The real low fat stuff is all gooey and liquidy and yuck... I'm just at a loss!!

I feel the same way.
I substituted cottage cheese for a bowl of yoghurt and muesli. Full of protein and carbs, tastes great and is easy to make.

lol...if you like the 4% cottage cheese... then eat it. It's better than a box of crackers.

Fat free cottage cheese is a wonderful, nutritious food, but that doesn't mean you have to eat it. I don't like it either and I can't bring myself to eat it. I also can't bring myself to eat egg whites. It's ok, there are plenty of other good foods out there to eat!
