| | | creatine for teens my friend at school, andrew is taking creatine at age 16. i'v read here that it is not ok for teens to be on creatine. i try to tell him but he wont believe me that it could have bad lasting affects on his body. so, is there any specific side affect that creatine can have if taken by teens(i dont know what to tell him why he shouldnt take it)? my other friends are thinking about taking creatine also (so was i until i read it was bad for teens). i know teen football players who take it and teen wrestlers too. why are all these teens taking creatine??? thanks |

| | | As long as you aren't stupid about taking it, there is nothing wrong with taking creatine. |

| | | cuz they think it'll make em huge.
as long as they use it correctly i doubt i'll cause any problems.
we don't recommend it because no one has studied the effects of creatine supplementation on non-adults. |
