| | | Look around, you don't need to cycle creatine like its a steriod. Just take 5g pure monohydrate a day, no need for loading, it'll just waste your money away. |

| | | I would try it out for yourself. I've had a better reaction to cycling. 2-3 on and 1 off, in my opinion.
He isn't asking about loading, he is asking about cycling, it sounded like there was someone that got them mixed up. |

| | | I've found that cycling creatine is just a waste of money. I'm sure that there are some that like to do it, and may have seen great gains from doing so, but I just 10g on training days and 5g on off days. It's worked for me. |

If you take it all of the time (like 10 grams on training days and 5 grams on off days all of the time), or even just 5 grams everyday, if you take a month off...you wouldn't be using it that month and you'd save the money that would usually go to the 5 grams (or more).
No cycling in a year: 12 months on would be creatine everyday...
Cycling in a year: approximately 8-9 months on, 3-4 months off (depending on how often you cycle)...so that's 3-4 months out of the year that you aren't paying for it. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
