CytoGainer Question

I have a quick question about CytoGainer, for anyone who has it now or has used it in the past...it's kind of hard to explain.

OK, on the scooper that comes in the tub, there is a line around it. Is this used for measuring "one scoop"? I'm trying to find out if the "4 scoops" per serving means 4 full scoops, or 4 scoops up to this line (which would be significantly less powder).

I hope that makes sense!
