I dont see where anyone said frequent meals "wasnt beneficial"; however, if one "chooses" to believe the frequent meals improve metabolism, buy all means it is their choice.

I happen to have the PDF version of "burn the fat feed the muscle", and there are only two things I disagree with him on:

1. His belief on frequent meals "improving metabolism".
2. And "some" cardio information he provides.

There has been a discussion on this before on this forum.

Can you tell me about the cardio part? I haven't read it for a long time..
