dinner diet destroyers

im 14, and it seems like each time i try to start a diet its ruined by my parents cooking up an unhealthy meal that often will kill my diet even in small portions. My family is not health conscious, and every once in a while they bring home fast food for dinner. ive tried to decline their dinners but they get pissed at me each time. the obvious answer here would be to eat smaller portions, but i dont think that it would help very much since im looking for a somewhat extreme way to lose some weight quicker than the healthy 1-2 pounds a week. and eating my parents dinners will ensure that a faster weight loss will not happen. any advice?

ok whats the rush to lose at an extreme rate??? you are still growing and need to eat properly, while i don't agree with fast food you still need to have a good balanced diet. starving yourself will have the reverse effect of what you are trying to do. search the site and you'll see what i mean. a good clean diet with adequate caloric intake is very important for your growing body and your cns.

I doubt your family would mind if you learned to cook and started cooking the dinners. Then you can have what you want. It's not that hard to cook, just get a decent recipe book with pictures and follow the recipe.

I can proudly say I MASTERED cooking eggs.



And don't worry ALL too much about your dinner. Dinner SHOULD be your smallest meal of the day. So you don't have to eat EVERYTHING that they cook. Just eat some of the healthier choices, and in small portions.
