| | | do you count oil used to saute? if i were to saute some veggies or something in a pan using some olive oil, should i count that towards my calories? I know it seems like something stupid, but I'm cutting right now and I have to make sure everything is accurate |

OH MY!! is that for virgin olive oil?

have you tried to sautee eggplant-- I can use almost 1/2 th bottle on that stuff-- but it is yummy! |

...or you could just lick the pan after you cook and count it all
If you always count it the same way then your calorie count will be consistent even if it isn't 100% accurate. |
