Dry Roasted Soy Beans

Hey all,

In my travels to the grocery store this week, I ran across some dry, unsalted soybeans. I picked up and few and they actually taste quite good. I look up the nutritional info on them and got THIS

They seem to be quite a high source of protein, so they might make a good post-workout snack for those who do/can not take protein supplements.

Comments anybody?
