Eating, eating, and not gaining a pound!
I'm trying to increase in size, get bigger. And I eat a lot at breakfast, a bit at lunch, enough to fill me up when I get home from school and then a lot again in the evening. And I don't really do any physical activity, except for P.E. at school. And yet, I don't gain weight! I weigh about 65kg, constantly (yes, don't laugh). And training doesn't seem to have any effect - even though I daily take several portions of whey before and after I do my workouts.
Is this a common problem? Heh, a lot of people are jealous of my ability to eat and eat and not get fat, but in my case it's a problem - I'm a weak, scrawny-looking kid. And I have no idea what to do. Any help would be sweet.
I might add, that I'm hungry whenever I wake up in the morning, even if I eat tons of food before I go to sleep. Is that a sign of genetically high metabolism?

yes, we are jealous of you. i can eat perfectly, and still gain fat.
your only solution is...to eat even more. also, study your diet, track it closely. you're probably eating a lot of crap calories that can't be used for anything but energy. you need ample protein, carbs AND fat in order to increase lean muscle mass efficiently.

You have the same problem my little brother has. Hes 5'6 and weighs 95 pounds. I'm trying to gain weight to bulk up and I've been stuck at 153 for a while now. What you should do is just weight train 3-4 times a week, limit cardio to 1-2 times a week, and eat alot of protein. Eating protein will help recover your muscles and you will weigh more.
Weight consits of fat and muscle. By weight training and eating a good amount of protein, you will gain weight, gain muscle mass, and gain some fat along too. With more muscle, however, you will be burning more calories, raising your metabolism.

You eat three times a day and have 3-4 servings of whey daily. So, let's see, a big breakfast is prob ~500-800 calories, prob ~300-400 at lunch, and prob ~500 at dinner. Then your total protein=~500 kcals. It looks like you might eat ~2200 calories. Bro, that's less than maintenence for me, let alone an adolescent whose metabolism is sky high.
In other words, no...you're not eating a lot. You need ~double that.
However, I could be wrong on your kcal calculations. Take a few days and track your calories and see how much you are eating.

bulking requires carbs as much as protein. you need the carbs to fuel the energy, and protein to build the muscles back up. as a fast metabolism person, you might need 3g of carbs per pound of body weight.
yes, that's a lotta carbs, but it keeps you anabolic.
