Evaporated cane juice crystals
I saw some mention of the Kashi cereals, so I bought some to try them. They use evaporated cane juice crystals in place of sugar. Is this really any better than refined sugar? Or just another name for it processed a little differently?

Evaporated cane juice=sugar (plus a little bit of stuff that the refining process takes out)

My mom and I joke about it. They use a fancy term to make it sound healthier when in actuality the health benefit you get from it is minimal.
