Question A few questions...

Does anyone have some ideas for healthy snacks I can take to go?

I have school and I'm trying that 5 meals-a-day thing and the only time I have to munch on something is the few minutes during passing period. I want to eat about 300 calories per meal (1500 a day).

Also I've been hearing everywhere about the health benefits of drinking green tea. I prefer black tea, and I know it comes from the same plant. So do green and black tea have the same health benefits?

I'd appreciate your replies.

Check in the healthy recipe section for some good ideas. Look at the top in the FAQ for some homemade protein/energy bars that you can make. I take chicken breasts, turkey sandwiches, yogurt, and bananas. You just need a bag to carry them in.
