| | | Fitday's Hi all,
Wondering if many of you have public fit day accounts. I'd be really interested to see if there's something that I like to eay that's also really good for me(without me knowing)
Thanks

| | | There are many forum members that do have accounts with FitDay, and in general, they like it. Its not perfect however, but does an adequate job.
Personally, I take care of my needs in diet and nutrition, statistically speaking, through Excel so I dont have a voice of experience when it comes to Fitday.
Best wishes,

| | Do you keep a notebook then of what you eat during the day or is it pure memory(possibly from the fish oils )
Sometimes its difficult though to find thing like what are the macro breakdown of brocalli or carrots, and the vitamin contents etc.
I kept one for a while just to keep my calories in check(and I do it once every couple of weeks just to make sure I'm not doing too much or too little) |

| | | I use fitday, and like it. I bought the $19 version, so unfortunatley it's not public for you to view. Check out the stickey of LV's grocery list. It's good for getting some of the basic macro's, and then search for healty recipes on the internet using those pro/carb/fats. I would highly recommend logging your meals as well, be it fitday, excel, a notebook, or any other way that's easy for you. Also, view these forums frequently and you'll pick up some ideas here and there. Good luck. |

| | I use fitday, I actually prefer the free version. I used to log stuff in all day long, but now I keep track on a notepad then put it in at the end of the day before my evening snack FitDay.com - Diet and Fitness journal for theG00CH |
