Gaining Weight and Eating at Night

I have heard yes and no to this question. Should I eat at a snack/mini meal at night? Say between 10-12. I know your metabolism slows down at night. Is this gonna just make me fat or help me gain weight? Thanks for help in advance, im kinda new to this.

If it fits in with your calorie intake for the day then there is no problem. Just don't eat junk.

Should be alright, just be careful with fats because they will not be metabolised as efficiently at this time.

Yes and no both can be correct answers, Everyone is different. When I try to loose weight it doesn't affect me. You're gonna have to do some trial and error, get to know your body and see if it works for you.
