GNC multi-vitamin? ... and breakfast.
I just about ran out of my GNC sport multi-vitamin, and I already bought another 180 caplets...Here's the link to them. As you can see, you take two caplets and you get all of that. I was just wondering how good all that is for you. As a result, I only take one caplet in the morning instead of two. And just to let you know my pee is yellow, so that means that I'm getting too much B vitamins... which is...
And then also, for breakfast, usually I eat precooked sausage or a slim fast shake. (I might start drinking those smoothies that you can buy for like a $1, but that's another story.) Anyways I saw a product from GNC that interested me: here. I don't get enough fiber in my diet, and this includes like 10 grams. So I was thinking on taking this in the morning for my breakfast, while being mixed using milk.
So I don't know what to do. Should I drink that for breakfast, and then in the afternoon or early evening when I eat again take one GNC sport multi-vitamin? That's what I thought of doing. I just want to have some of your input. I usually eat again at either 11 or 1.

Or that you're dehydrated.

There was a time when I didn't take the vitamin for like a week, and my pee returned to normal color.
What do you think of the GNC chocolate shake thing though?

I honestly don't pay too much attention to the details of multivitamins. Funny, though. I ran out and grabbed a bottle the last time I was at GNC...and so I just looked and that's exactly what I am taking right now. So I suppose I think it's fine

So I'm thinking that just taking the shake in the morning and one vitamin in the afternoon will do just fine, right? I think I don't need to take two vitamin pills in addition to the shake.

That GNC shake powder just looks like diluted whey powder with adding sugar and a vitamin mix. If it was me I'd just make my own shake (fruits, milk, whey, etc) and swallow a multi-vitamin with it.
