Good diet?

Hey, i was wondering...for the first time, is this 'diet' of mine any good? coz i get a little hungry in between and it dont seem to be doing much in terms of fat loss.

7 am - breakfast (cereal)
10:30 am - apple
12 pm - musli bar
1:30 - lunch (sandwich)
4:30 - carrot
5:30 - handful of nuts
6:30-7:30 dinner, (what ever the family is having)

Yeh so any feed back would be great

Success of a diet depends on your goal, and you activity level. Looks fine.. but thats without knowing what your trying to achieve, who you are (height/weight), and how much exercise youre getting.

What do you drink? I find half my calories in a day come in liquid form.

Ok well i curently have 10% body fat and i am aiming for 8% or a tiny bit lower if possible. I drink alot of water and am allways going to the toilet as a result of this lol, um i have milk with my cereal and i have a cup of cordial at dinner time.

My height is 160 cm and i weight 107 lbs.

I go for a 20+ minute jog every afternoon and at the end i do a little HIIT like 5 minutes of it.

Looks clean. How long have you been at it? Success doesn't happen overnight.

I keep telling that to myself... but its not helping much.

Um not long, but ive changed it aorund a little...making it healthier,

Breakfast-cereal
musli bar
apple
lunch-sandwich
table spoon cottage cheese
dinner-broccoli, mashed pototoe, pumkin, carrot, half a BBQ chicken breast

I also aim for doing 30+ mins of cardio a day now.
