Hey guys, I'm trying to cut down my fat. I weigh about 167 and I'm 6'1, and I am 17 years old. I'm trying to get my BF% down to 10-11... not there yet. Do you think with this plan and some consistent exercise I can achieve this?
No mention of good fats and the carb ratios may be high for the average person. This is intended for those training so they need a higher carb ratio for energy. It may work for you, may not. Again no mention of proper fat intake other than a low ratio of 15-20%. If you aren't an endurance athlete you don't need to be doing an athletes fat loss program. The sticky's on the board have better information then that, check them out.
