) - I only eat them on cheat days now and, only ever buy one small bag because, once I get started, I find it very, very hard to stop!! lol
Personally, I eat lowfat greek yoghurt at night (about 100 - 150g) with a scoop of protein mixed in (tastes fantastic!!) and maybe a sprinkling of raisins or sultanas. Sure, there are a few carbs in the yoghurt and raisins but, overall, its a good high protien snack.
