Grain Protein

I've been bulking for a while now, and meat has been my main source of protein. I rarely have any grains and I think I should start incorperating them into my diet. Does anybody know of any high protein grains or products. Completely natural or organic would be nice too.

You want a complete source of protein, so getting protein from grains ins't the way to go. Just add grains as its a carb to your protein with you meals.

theleip is right, only animal sources of protein are complete. you'd have to pair beans with a grain in order to get a complete protein profile...and by that point, you eat a ton of carbs to get a little protein.
