Lightbulb healthy healthy healthy

hey! okay so i am starting my new diet today, and i was wondering if someone could make me the HEALTHIEST like i mean healthy, pure healthy, meals, like for breakfast, lunch, dinner, like as healthy as possible i dont want any fatty foods any foods bad for you i want pure healthy! and that does not have to many calories in it, seriously i was pure healthy, as healthy as possible! thanks! xoxo

Oatmeal for breakfast. That's for sure. Throw in anything you like that is healthy.

Unless your food is doing jumping jacks or running laps, it is not healthy.
