[Help]Flex/un

I am 15 will be16 in July 8
weight 117 lbs
Height 6'0/6'1
Problem: when i don't flex my muscles look small but when i flex they look much bigger. I am stronger than a friend who eats a lot but looks like a bodybuilder.
Any help will be great.

Sounds normal to me.

Additionally, not all whom look like a bodybuilder, are strong. Muscle size---doesn't "necessarily" equal to being stronger (dependent on whom you are comparing to). Take a look at the average power lifter physique and the body builder physique. A lot of factors come into play in how this turns out; however, normally the power/strength lifter is stronger than the average good-looking or eye-candy body builder (with few exceptions); especially categorically in some specific lifts.

My goal is at least to look stronger but i mean im not weak im stronger than 85% or more to 9th graders. so i mean just want to look like im flexing when im not like have thicker muscles

you are 6' tall and weigh 117lbs?
You are extremely underweight. You need to eat more. 15 year old boys burn calories like you wouldn't believe. You need food.
