Help getting protein in every meal

Whats a good, cheap way of getting protein into every meal? Im still in school and try to eat 5-7 times a day, but sometimes that doesn't happen because I'll forget to get something ready. So I need something thats easy to make, kinda inexpensive, and wont get old to fast to help with the meals btwn the 3 main meals. thanx

If you are trying to eat at school, the night before school boil some eggs and eat them during school. Good quality protein there.

I boil enough for a week at a time, and sometimes they are in there a little longer then that, 10 days is not a problem.

I boil them for ten minutes, put then straight in the fridg in a bowl uncovered for the first night (to keep the condensation away) then cover them with plastic wrap.

When you do a lot of eggs at the same time you will get a few that crack, and leak a little, you can keep them if you want, but I always eat those first.

btw, hot sauce helps when they get monotonies...

Hard cooked eggs as others mention, cans of sardines, or turkey jerky.

Tuna, Milk, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Beef Jerky, Boiled Eggs, Boiled Chicken, etc. You can freeze and microwave chicken after you boil it. Cheap too.
