Help me substitute a meal :)

Hey guys

I have my diet down but its starting to get a little stale after almost a year and i seem to be actually having trouble eating my #3 meal of the day. Which is usually 2 sandwiches (whole meal bread , turkey / chicken , salad) . Last few weeks though i have found it really hard to eat bread , after i eat it i start to feel bad , so i was wondering what other bread free options i should take I need something pretty filling (about 500cals) That i can make and be easy for lunch at work I know its kind of vague but i havent got alot of creativity when it comes to food hah

Maybe list what you have for LUNCH
PS: I HATE TUNA :P

would you prefer a carb at another time of the time and like to stick to a salad for lunch? or salad and soup?

yeah, I don't like bread either. If you need some complex carbs, think about whole grain pasta. Pasta with meat and vegetables sounds like a good substitute for the sandwiches.

A nice four-egg omelette with peppers and onions and some cheese and ham would be perfect.
