How is this for a bulking diet?

This is what I have been doing recently for my bulking diet. Please evaluate and give me some feedback.

Breakfast:

1.5 servings of old fashioned oats
2 servings of milled flax seed
2 whole boiled eggs

pre workout meal (I have no idea what this should consist of, or why it's important at all)
1 whey shake

Workout

post workout
1 whey shake
3 cups skim milk
6 servings dextrose
1 banana
(all the above mixed in a blender)
creatine and BCAA's

1 hour after post workout meal
5-6 oz steak
2 baked potatoes
steak sauce
couple fish oil caplets

Protein and veggie meal:
chicken and cauliflower, etc.

protein and veggie meal
Example: hamburger with 2 slices of bread and a bit of veggies.

Or egg sandwich wrap, 1 whole wheat tortilla, ketchup, 4 eggs (2 whole), lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms.

before bed meal:
2-3 servings of 2% fat cottage cheese
1 serving of natural peanut butter
few fish oil caplets

That's pretty much what I've been eating lately. How is that for bulking?

Have the pre workout meal around 1.5 hour before your workout, and you should include complex carbs in it which your body will be able to use for energy during your workout. Whole wheat pasta, oats, barley... it's all good

ok thanks for that advice. I realized my breakfast was pretty low on protein, so I added 2 egg whites and half a scoop of whey.

There's gotta be more wrong with it...
