hows the diet?

ONE
whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter
1 cup oats
banana
protein shake
orange juice

TWO
turkey/cheese sandwhich
cashews
carrots
apple
milk

THREE
protein bar

FOUR
6 eggs
orange
milk

FIVE
1.5 cups brown rice
salad with lots of tuna
peas

SIX (bed)
peanut butter sandwhich
protein shake

and everything is high in porportions.like when i say milk, i mean a huge glass full, and peanutbutter, i put it thick. and im bulking. I've gained about 4-5lb in a week on this diet, it varies a little, but its pretty much the same. Is that too much to gain in one week?
