Question Hows my Protein / Card / Fat ratio look?

This is my daily totals, is that a good ratio.... im looking to bulk up from 175 lbs to bout 190 lbs muscle

Total
Protein = 272g
Carbs = 205g
Fat = 65g

fat seems low. I eat more fat than that and i'm cutting.
fat should be .5g per pound of lean body weight as a minimum.
carbs look low too for a bulk.

just brought Body Fortress Muscle & weight gainer supplement, which is 24g protein and 53g carbs per 85g, but im not sure if that includes the milk added, canya check please, heres the link

coz it doesnt really say..... but it says use whole milk..... and the fat is low on the product... so i assume its pre-milk stats, also iv just been told this product is a bad idea and will just make me fat?

Whey protein isolate (nz) - Protein powders - myprotein.co.uk

myprotein.co.uk is a good source for Brits to get supplements, especially in bulk.

I switched from Maximuscle and noticed no difference, except the £15. difference meant that I felt I wasn't paying for Maximuscle's corporate events suties.

EDIT: In fact that stuff looks pretty crap, 24g of protein in an 85g scoop. More carbs than anything.

yea, think im just gonna stick with my whey protein , and maybe use that for a rainny day or summat

the label is for the product only, not the milk.

Youd be better off getting your protien from meat and whey, then your carbs from real food.

Weight gainer is a waste of money. You need to use way too much of it to get a good amount of protien and it tastes like cake mix.
