I am always tired throughout the day and I can NEVER get up when my alarm clock goes off without hitting snooze.
I have been eating a more balanced diet for a while now and working out 3 or so times a week but I am still just as tired as when I was fat and lazy just sitting around playing PC games. Any ideas to help me out?
If you just recently changed your diet by eliminating sugary foods and simple carbs, your body is telling you that it's on to your little game. You'll get used to your new diet in a few weeks or months...
Also, regular exercise will help boost your energy.
No. lots of fillers, and the thick outer shell is craptastic.
I would look for NOW, Nature's Way, Paragon...anything low or lacking a long list of 'inactive ingredients'.
Post your diet. I suspect the way you eat is causing lots of drops in blood sugar, making you lethargic, likely too many starchy/simple carbs, or not enough food.
what are your workouts like? any way you can add some more exercise on the other 3-4 days a week?
Assuming you don't over train or over exert yourself (say, 30-45 mins of activity per day), exercise actually increases metabolism and energy.
Not eating enough. Breakfast sounds about right, but WTF are you waiting until 1pm to eat again? you should be munching again around 10-10:30am.
Your first snack is starchy, processed carbs, and no protein.
Lunch sounds great, except the whole lack of protein.
Dinner was fine, but stop buying your daughter chicken nuggets.
Ditch McDeath altogether in fact.
Yep, not enough protein, and that looks light on the calories for a man, or a woman.
