Whether I am cutting or bulking I count my calories. It isn't as hard as people make it out to be. Just go on fitday.com and make an account... track what you eat everyday.

It's great to see that you are getting enough of every nutrient as well... tracking progress... seeing weekly reports... etc.!

I think counting calories is absolutely necessary for losing fat.
