Im sick of eggs!
Every morning for the past month and a half ive been eating 2-3 eggs. I'm kind of getting sick of them. What eles can i eat to take the place of the eggs
Everyone gets tired of eating the same old at some point.
Oatmeal, maybe some cereals (some good brand with fat free / low fat milk).
Also, try mixing your eggs up a bit. Try mixing in veggies, scrambled eggs, broiled eggs, egg sandwich (turkey or lean ham), omelets, etc.
Also, I don't see any reason why you should cook traditional meals for breakfast. You can try chicken, or something you normally eat during the day.
There is nothing saying you cant break the traditional breakfast and have other things.
You could mix cinimon, raisins, and splenda, with oatmeal. Or mix in milk and "smart balance" butter with the oat meal. Or just natty PB and oatmeal, as a few oatmeal combination examples.
You could have some fiber-one cereal.
Malto-meal (whole wheat) and mix in splenda and cinimon.
Natty PB with whol wheat Pita bread with milk.
You could add in fruit.
There is nothing stopping you from cooking chicken and having a salad in the AM (if you can stomach it in the AM).
I think its a good idea to always stive to obtain protein, carbs, and good fats in each meal.
Though others may not stomach this combo: But I will sometimes have 2 chicken breasts and then oatmeal with natty PB.....uh.....tasty!
Combinations are endless BABY!
I never eat eggs.
