Ingredient Critique- please

hey guys and gals, what do you think of this stuff. It is a supplement. Please be candid about your thoughts of putting this into a body.

I think it would depend on the purpose. The breakdown does seem good for post-workout, as Sara wrote above.

However, I wouldn't take it, because it looks like a "carby" version of a multi-vitamin that gives some fiber and some protein, but not at the level of a protein supplement/shake (e.g., whey protein isolate or concentrate).

I prefer to use my carb calories on real food, for the most part, even post work-out. I'd rather have a banana, some kefir, a whey shake, etc.

You can definitely get the same other benefits in: food, a multi-vitamin, a fiber supplement (if your diet is falling short), and with more pure protein supplements. And this allows more precision in how you get those various micro or macronutrients.

If you're someone who likes drinking your calories and struggles to take in enough carbs or if you're someone who finds it hard to eat solid foods after exercise, then I can see how this would help.

It is called "Power Might" and this dude is pushing it on me. It is expensive. The caloric content is really high and that is what attracted me too it. I eat a lot, and losing weight is a struggle I continue to battle.

But- I have also found that a week off here and there allows my body to catch back up, and my muscles to heal.

I have tried a few scoops of theis stuff here and there, and there is no feeling effect, a lil bit of GI issues, but being gassy is fun! hehehehe

thanks for the input.

I think I will stick with gels during workout, and protein shake following.

oh- and double chocolate brownies!! just make sure the abs don;t ever show too much
