Lean ground turkey

Is there any type of advantage to 93% lean ground turkey versus 93% lean ground beef? Just curious.

turkey has less saturated fat...even the dark meat.

ideally you want ground turkey breast, which is very low fat/saturated fat.

yeah, the lower saturated fat is the only difference. as long as you are not going over the saturated fat intake for the day ( should be under 10% total cals), then it's not something to worry about

I eat a lot of 96% lean ground beef and my sat fat is usually 3-4% of my total calories....so it can be done
