Lean meat/meal question

I eat 5-6 meals a day, and I was just curious: are you supposed to have a lean meat/fruit/veggie in every meal of the day? My cal need to lose weight is around 2200, so I was just curious if you do need to do that, that it might go over that number.

your main concern should be at least SOME protein with each meal. And try to make each meal equal in calories. You dont want to have a huge dinner if you've been eating 200 calorie meals all day. this kinda defeats the purpose of multiple smaller meals.
