| | Here was a few of my meals that I had during my carb up... I posted these in my journal but not everybody reads that so...
plain spaghetti:
spaghetti with chicken, yummy!
English muffin, can't get enough of these... heh jk.
and unlimited veggies!
Also my flax bread...

How exactly do you prepare that? Like, get all the ingredients in the omlette inside an egg casing... how do you do that? |

| | fry off the onions peppers chilli garlic and ginger in a little olive oil
beat the eggs in a bowl with the sweetcorn.
add to the pan lower the heat and cook all the while mixing with a spatula
after a couple of mins the base should be cooked and move as one in the pan.
ad the tuna and sprinkle with cheese and pop under the grill un till the cheese as melted and you`re good to go. |
