| | | I was out this afternoon and missed out on my regular feedings.
I've had salmon many times at resturants but never cooked it at home as the wife doesn't like it.
$3.99 for 9oz of steak, I've only had filets. As the fish finished cooking in the pan I threw in the squash. A little rice, a nice American Brown Ale....I can't believe I cooked up such a nice salmon the very first time, PERFECT! |

| | | I've read that one should try and stay away from bacon and sausage. Pork bacon has 130 calories and 13 grams of fat (five of which are saturated). Lean bacon or bacon substitutes have processed fats and processed carbs. I suppose it depends on a lot--like whether you're on a fat-loss diet, maintenance diet, or trying to gain lean tissue. Just curious... |

| | I like hamburgers.... this is actually a buffalo burger. I have these for post post workout pretty often:
And today for my post post meal I had some whole grain pasta with some beef tips, chicken, corn, and pasta sauce.... was delicious! This was actually about a third of the full meal, ended up filling the bowl to the top when I was done with this one... The noodles are in there BTW, just buried. |

I'm not worried about the sodium, my diet is really clean for the most part. Quote:
