Meat in the morning?

my breakfast is usually outmeal and some fruit but I'm thinking I should add more protein(oatmeal packet + milk only has about 10 grams). Protein shakes are a little too heavy I just want something that's pure protein so I figured I could eat a few slices of lean turkey?

Is there a better way I could be getting my protein in the morning?

I recently lost 40 pounds and currently trying to tone up. During my weight loss phase I think I was under eating and I appeared weak and scrawny.

But lately I've been eating more and working out more and I've seen tremendous results. I want to make sure I'm doing all I can to maximize muscle growth, without using unnatural supplements.

*in snakes voice* "Metal Gear..?????"

Anyway, yeah I always boil 6 eggs when I wake up, make my oatmeal, then jump in the shower and when I get out everything is ready to eat.
