meat and veg questions

I just started my bulking diet, and I was wondering is tinned meat is that much different to freshly cooked meat? It's just that tinned meat is so much easier to prepare and is also cheaper.
I've bought myself salmon and corned beef (tinned), and fresh chicken. Is corned beef an ok thing to have? The reason I chose it is because of the fat content that I am assuming is good fats, which would be counted as part of my daily intake.

The only vegeatable I have in my diet so far is green beans, which I have planned to eat in 3 of my meals every day, 100g in each. Should I have more vegetables than this in my diet? (I will be having whatever my mum cooks for dinner so that will likely contain different veges each night).

Also, is it best to eat them boiled or raw? Right now I am trying to eat 100g of raw green beans and it's proving quite difficult. Is there really such a big nutritional loss if you boil them?

I know I've asked alot but please try your best for me

canned meats are often loaded with sodium and other preservatives.

corned beef is loaded with sodium, and generally is not a lean cut of meat. watch the saturated fat intake.

more veggie variety. carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, salads...mix it up!
