Michael Pollan

Does anyone of you know Michael Pollan? I never heard of him. After watching this video it seems to be worth to check out his books.

Hi, no I'm not. Actually, I'm from germany. And by the way: I'm a strict vegetarian.

Nevertheless, I like the way Pollan keeps it simple. I think as long as you know the source of the meat you eat, it's grass-fed and you don't eat too much, it's ok. It goes without saying that you have to follow different rules when you're sick (e.g. cancer, diabetes, arthritis and so on).
