My Eating Plan. Any good?

I just started about a week and half ago.

20 years old
Male
5'6
220 lbs

I am looking to lose about 30 lbs. Tell me if my diet plan is any good or if I should change anything up.

10 am - 3 Eggs Whites, Oatmeal

1230 pm - Tortilla Wrap/Pita, Low sodium bread meat(Turkey), lettuce/tomato, mustard

3 pm - 2 Whole wheat bread, canned tuna, little mayo/mustard, lettuce

430 pm - Fruit (Apple/Orange)

6 pm - Chicken/Fish(more chicken than fish), veggies(Broccoli, Green Beans, Carrots)

I drink around 2 Litres of water a day. Only water, don't drink anything else.

I usually wake up around 9, and jog on a treadmill for 20-40 mins. I have free weights at home and try to do some different stuff on different days. I switch up the Pita/Tortilla meal and the Tuna meal some days and eat them at the different times. Any comments would be nice.

From what I calculated, I'm eating about 1400 calaries a day. I calculated what I should to maintain my weight, and it is about 2300. It's not like I have much muscle, It's pretty much fat around the waist.

I just cut out all the bad food I use to eat, and started eating healther foods. It's not like I'm still hungry after I eat, I eat enough to get full. I'm not too sure on how much starvation mode is or what the signs are you are in that mode, but I feel good. I don't feel drained, I still have energy to do things.

Personally think 1400 is to low. Think about upping your calories and try to burn off more than you starve off.

For the diet, I would take out all those processed bread sources and put more solid complex carbs in their place like oats, sweet potatoes, rice, etc.

Yeah I would up it to about 2000 calories. Fiber One cereal is a good cereal to lose weight with. Adding that would help a lot.
