Is Nancy MacGranahan's arthritis book too good to be true?

My 76 year old uncle suffers really bad with arthritis in his shoulders, apart from this he's pretty fit and tries to play snooker a couple of times each week. However every day he has to strap himself up to gain some pain relief.

In recent times he has bought and tried everything he could to relieve the pain but hasn't had much success. Now I have seen an ebook that people speak well off called "I Cured My Arthritis You Can Too" and even though it only costs $24.00 I'm hesitant to reccomend it to him.

Has anyone read it, it can be found at http://www.arthritis-news.info and any reviews or other recommendations would be welcome. Ideally I am looking for help from anyone who has purchased the book and tried the cure it suggests.
