take egs and milk

Hi Epididymis,

you should go for 2 eggs and a glass of milk in your breakfast. you can also take cheese but in small quantity.

I struggle to eat in the mornings so often just have a shake made from bananas, superground oats, milk and whey.

That's similar to what I do, and I love it.

2 scoops of whey, 50 grams of oats, 12 grams of flax. I blend the oats and flax in a coffee grinder, add the whey, water, and shake it up. 500 calories of delicious healthy-ness.
