new to this, have some questions

Hi, im new to the whole fitness thing. can somone give me an example of some foods that are good to eat and somewhat easy to make. I'v been eating alot of fast food and prepackaged foods.

I'v read through those, what I ment is what meals are good to eat and easy to make, not just what types of food are good.

I like to cook pasta, really easy and quick to make and tastes great.
wholemeal, rye etc bread and whack on some salmon.
