New ZipFizz "healthy" energy drink

So I bought a box of ZipFizz from Costco the other day. Supposedly a healthy energy drink which I may take before hitting the gym for some energy.

Anyone can tell me if this is in fact fairly healthy? Doesn't taste too bad.
